Description of construction

  • The bed is cast from high quality cast iron. The guide ways are hardened and have a high hardness of the working surface (48...53 HRC).
  • The carriage has a rigid structure.
  • The guide ways of the plane of the carriage and the slide are covered with a wear-resistant polymer material that provides a low coefficient of friction. 
  • Spindle drive is an asynchronous motor with frequency converter.
