The machines of the KMB-5 series are produced in the framework of the “Machine-Tool Building” project jointly with "BPK" and Federal Research-Production and Technological Center “Production Association“ Start ” of Protsenko”, the state corporation Rosatom. The equipment is equipped with a powerful rotary milling head, which allows horizontal and vertical milling as well as milling at any angle. The maximum spindle speed is 1720 rpm. The size of the table is 1700x470 mm.
